We market whole, halves, quarters, and bundles of all natural beef direct to you.  Our beef is discerningly selected from our cowherd, fed only what Mother Nature provides, and never leaves our land until it is sent to a family owned, USDA inspected processing facility.  Every beef is naturally aged for a minimum of 14 days to enhance the tenderness and flavor before being hand processed, vacuum packed, frozen and delivered to you.
